Your tasks:

• Support in managing and implementing budget and forecast processes
• Analysis of the personnel cost structure and effects as well as various personal economic indicators
• Support for the calculation and monitoring of staff provisions
• Development of personal controlling processes and tools
• Participation in the elaboration of business agreements with regard to remuneration and time management
• Maintenance of SAP organization management
• Creation of various reports / evaluations for the FI/CO area and ad-hoc reports
• Creation and management of personal statistics
• Interface to Finance & Controlling and to the external payment accounting service provider
• Perspective: Contact person for auditors, tax examiners, social security examiners

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training and completed full-time vocational training
• Alternative studies in the commercial sector with first experience in the field of personnel and ideally in the personal controlling
• Very good user knowledge MS-Office, ideally first touch points with SAP HCM
• Good knowledge of English
