First worker for metal construction and welded components (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the workplace design, optimization and safety of work and health in your area of responsibility. In your role, you are responsible for reviewing the qualification and the work placement planning in your area. You prepare tasks for your area and keep in mind time, cost and quality when processing. The completeness control and control of the work results is also part of your tasks. You stand in direct exchange with the master, tune with your interfaces on the shopfloor level and guide the shopfloor round with your workers. You guide further education and exams for your employees.

You have a completed vocational training as a construction mechanic metal construction, ideally you also have (skilled) leadership experience. You have been able to gain professional experience for several years. You bring good understanding in reading drawings (3D program) and you are different welding methods incl. Their processes are known. You have first knowledge on the subject of occupational safety, e.g. in the establishment of jobs and the instruction of employees. First SAP/ME and Microsoft Office knowledge are of advantage. Organisational ability and the ability to improve process processes characterize you. Team skills, leadership and responsibility round off your profile.
