You are an expert:in, marketing consultant:in and firm contact for internal business stakeholders and the implementing teams Your task is professional planning and execution of marketing campaigns that are in line with our corporate goals, brand identity and budget They identify needs, challenge stakeholder requests and prioritize them efficiently Your well-developed campaign concepts incl. Targets, target group segmentation, messages etc. You convincing internal and external customers: To do this, choose the right channels, illuminate data as well as KPIs and always have market trends and competition in the eye. Together with your coordinated teams and expert experts: you realize the campaign content in compliance with quality standards Finally, use post-campaign reviews to evaluate the effectiveness and to gather insights for future planning and optimize processes

Completed studies or training in the fields of BWL/Marketing/Communication or a comparable qualification Several years of relevant professional experience focusing on market launch of products, campaign development, performance marketing or marketing strategy Creativity combined with a good feeling for trends and the pulse of time Excellent team spirit combined with the will to develop and implement new Embossed presentation and storytelling skills Target group-oriented communication and sovereign appearance Excellent analytical skills as well as structured, independent and careful working
