At the next possible date, we are looking for a deputy station line (m/w/d) for station 26/2 of the LWL clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics as a permanent representation of the station management in the context of a pregnancy representation, first terminated for about two years. Patients are supervised at the station, mainly suffering from depression, psychosis, anxiety disorders and adjustment disorders in life crises.

Representation: Deputy station line with all aspects of patient care:in the station Collaboration: Cooperative cooperation with station management, care management, multi-professional team and all other professional groups Personal management & quality assurance: cooperation in the management of staff and ensuring the quality of care taking into account the overall objectives of the clinic

Qualification: nursing professional or health care and nursing professional:in, with completed training for station management or corresponding technical degree Practical experience: Ideally psychiatric professional experience as well as pleasure in team leadership Personal strengths: communication and problem-solving capability and enforcement capability
