Key tasks: You design the home-wide continuous improvement process (CVP) by developing, maintaining and implementing CVP standards You conduct cross-departmental CVP workshops and implement process ideas to increase quality and efficiency. You regularly work on cross-disciplinary topics - in particular in the context of digitalisation and AI solutions at work You design targeted training and communication measures for employees and managers for your tasks. You coordinate our process map and develop, maintain and document the guidelines of the process organization including the process-integrated internal control system (IKS) You are contact persons for process questions, advise methodically in the CVP, communicate target group-oriented and carry out training.
