ab now for our health education-therapeutic housing group area in the Crimmitschau Children's and Youth Centre.

In our 2 groups we serve up to 11 children and young people aged 2 to 18 years.

The place must be occupied in part-time with 30 hours per week.

Our association operates over 40 facilities, housing groups and offers throughout Saxony. As a diaconic carrier, we are guided by a Christian-humanist human image.

For us you will find: 

• an attractive entry level between approx. 3.565 and 4.555 Euro monthly according to AVR Diakonie Sachsen at full time (approx. 2.740 – 3.500 € at 30 hours)
• a special payment in the form of a full 13. Salt
• a monthly child grant of 110 euros per child with full-time plus state child allowance (84.62 € at 30 hours)
• time for your private life, as we take into account your wishes in service planning within the scope of the possibilities
• targeted training and supervision, as your further development is at our heart
• an occupational pension scheme in which we participate

Your working day is as follows:

• With a lot of joy and confidence you take over the partnership education, care and supervision of the children and young people entrusted to us.
• You plan and organize the group everyday with creativity.
• With empathy, you will accompany our supporters through the group everyday and take over the individual promotion of the children.
• They work with the parents in an appreciation, support and eye-level.

We wish you:

• You have a state-approved degree as an educator (m/w/dhi), childhood education (m/w/d), social education (m/w/d) or medical education (m/w/d).
• Ideally, you bring first professional experience in child and youth assistance.
• Because our residents need someone around the clock who cares for them, night services and occasional weekend expenses are of course for you.
• You have a license.
• They respect and share values such as charity and fellow humanity.
