(Junior) Product Manager Onboarding & Promotion (m/f/d)

In the Onboarding & Promotion team, you can design the C24 Bank's current account opening - from KYC and identification processes to security mechanisms to voucher actions that make it attractive to new customers.

We are looking forward to your application as (Junior) Product Manager (m/w/d) Onboarding & Promotion at C24 Bank!

You develop and optimize features around the current account opening and security processes of C24 Bank Analyze market trends, customer feedback and regulatory requirements and derive new features and product strategies You recognize potentials for the use of AI and develop innovative use cases together with the disciplines You actively shape the customer experience by writing user stories, mock-ups and prototypes (e.g. with Figma) and working closely with UX/UI, IT and external partners You control the end-to-end implementation from the idea to the launch and accompany the testing of new features

You have completed a degree with business or IT focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science, BWL/VWL) or have an equivalent qualification with You bring experience in the digital environment and have a good understanding of digital products, processes and technical relationships You think analytic and structured, make decisions on the basis of data and have a good sense of user needs You have a hand-on mentality and you like to work with different disciplines You communicate in German and English in word and writing
