For our Elrado-House & Sa Bacca in Lüneburg

The Elrado House has been synonymous with passion, quality and genuine hospitality since 1990. As a family-run steakhouse, today we are a firmly established institution in Lüneburg. Together with our Sa Bacca we work daily with heart blood to offer our guests a special culinary experience.

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a dedicated **grilleur / barbecue (m/w/d)*** with real passion for meat and kitchen.

Your tasks

• Preparation of high quality meat dishes at the grill
• Professional handling of different types of meat and cooking classes
• Support for general kitchen work
• Preparation and cutting of vegetables and supplements
• Team collaboration for both restaurants
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Active co-packing throughout everyday kitchens – even when washing dishes, if necessary
