As a central provider in Hamburg's city hall, we provide a wide range of professional services for the Senate Chancellery, the Citizenship Chancellery and the parliamentary groups as well as for the specialist authorities. We are also responsible for the infrastructure in the listed town hall, the guest house of the Senate and in other properties.

The facility management or the building technology is responsible for efficient building management and works with the planning for the preservation and maintenance of the listed rooms in the town hall as well as with the initiation and supervision of appropriate investment and construction maintenance measures.

Your duties

At the Landesbetrieb RathausService you will find a varied and responsible activity with the following tasks:

• Maintenance and inspection of the technical installations and monitoring of the correct overall condition
• independent repair of faults in technical installations and optimization of plants and operations, minor repair work
• Coordination and control of maintenance and repairs of external service providers:inside
• Key and transponder management with process optimization
• Special orders in the context of the maintenance of the unit management

Your profile

Required

• completed vocational training as an electronics engineer:in, industrial mechanic:in, plant mechanic:in sanitary, heating and climate engineering or qualification as a machine master:in ö.D.-FHH or
• equivalent skills and experience (at least 3 years) based on another completed technical training
• physical load-bearing capacity (normal lifting and carrying work)

Advantages

• as long as possible two-year professional experience in the field of domestic engineering as well as knowledge in the operation of industrial plants such as building control technology (GLT)
• Loadability, reliability and willingness to work in rare cases in the evening hours or on weekends
• Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and service
• good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
