We wish a qualified person with a completed study of social education, social work or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in stationary youth assistance or a similar institution and have management experience as well as distinct skills in team management and personnel development. Funded knowledge in pedagogy, psychology and social work, high social competence, communication strength, empathy as well as organizational skills. You also keep an overview in stressful situations and like to take responsibility.
