As an IT administrator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the application and optimization of existing manuals, processes and procedures of quality management. Furthermore, the knowledge and application of laws, guidelines and RH compliance requirements is within your competence. Your further tasks: Demand assignment and processing Onsite support Implementation, conception, operation and migration of new processes and applications within the hosting platform Monitoring, administration, installation, configuration and maintenance of server and network infrastructure Creating a Sustainable and Future-Oriented IT Strategy & Infrastructure Second level support for analysis and troubleshooting First and Second Level Help Desk

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Good knowledge of virtualization, storage systems and backup technologies Very good practical experience in the Windows environment: Client, Server, Active Directory Safe trading on LPIC-1 level in the Linux environment Experience with Citrix desirable Willingness to incorporate into new technologies Very good English skills in word and writing Service-oriented thinking & acting as well as high communication and team skills
