Professional and disciplinary leadership of the People Operations team Responsibility for preparing wage and salary bills in close cooperation with the internal payroll department Ensuring compliance with labour, tax and social insurance regulations Construction, optimization and standardization of HR processes, guidelines and structures Development and optimization of the internal HRIS tool Personio Reporting & KPI tracking for the continuous improvement of People Operations Processes and Structures Supporting and consulting managers in difficult personnel discussions, conflict situations and termination processes Contact for internal stakeholders in complex personaladministrative issues Interface Management for Finance, Controlling and External Partners Promoting a service-oriented HR culture and establishing efficient workflows

Completed studies with a focus on personnel, business management or comparable training (also cross-enterers with highly relevant HR experience in similar development stage of a growth case) Multiannual professional experience in HR operations, ideally with leadership experience Funded knowledge of labour law, a bonus are knowledge of wage tax and social security law Experience in preparing wage accounting and in cooperation with payroll service providers Experience in accompanying challenging conversations and termination processes High process and structure orientation with the ability to establish standards Very good knowledge of HR systems and MS Office, especially Excel Strong communicative skills, enforcing and hands-on mentality German and English fluent in word and writing
