In the international Tender Management team of the Mobility business unit, you are the generalist at the interface between law, sales and operational first contact person for all business-related and commercial legal matters in the daily business. Your area of responsibility includes the independent examination of contracts in consultation with the specialist departments and the correspondence and negotiation with customers and partners. You create, check and evaluate enquiries / offers and their contracts within the framework of national and international tenders. You provide legal advice and support in the preparation, implementation and post-processing of public procurement procedures and private tenders, with a special focus on contractual, legal and compliance-relevant aspects. In addition, you support the optimization of internal processes.
