The core of your activity is the customer-, service- and quality-oriented handling of road damage with foreign cover (4th KH-Richtline, Green Card Agreement) – both from its own stock and on behalf of foreign insurance companies You take over the complete management of the respective case of damage and decide on your own You advise our customers and external claimants depending on the damage constellation and carry them through the respective damage process For example, you are responsible for clarifying the facts, assessing the damage and developing case-specific solutions This includes communication and negotiation with injured persons, lawyers, social security institutions and foreign contractors, or accompanying court proceedings In addition, you also take over the processing of general liability or other damages related to abroad

You are characterized by commercial thinking, a pronounced quality awareness and high customer orientation For the multi-faceted tasks, you bring a quick understanding, high level of learning and performance, as well as durability You convince with high intercultural competencies and are strong in communicating, dealing with conflicts and negotiating You have successfully completed a law degree or alternatively a university/specialist degree in the field of insurance with a focus on the HUK divisions You have relevant knowledge and experience in the processing and regulation of liability or liability Cash, property or personal damage Very good English and/or French knowledge in word and font (C1) and at best knowledge in another foreign language (e.g. Polish, Dutch) complete your profile The body shall be filled in fulltime or part-time (at least 80%).
