Develop team culture and potential. In your leadership role, you promote a value-adding and innovative team culture where you share your knowledge and develop your team. Feedback formats (e.g. retrospectives) can be seen as a valuable tool for team development. Understanding target groups and markets. You like to go to the bottom of things: customer needs, market potentials and competitive activities You analyze systematically and compact them to the essential insights. Your experience with various sales channels (including the construction market, specialist trade, direct sales) gives you a clear look at our markets. Trade marketing rethink. Especially in the field of DIY, trade and construction market, you opt for our B2B trade marketing. Your goal: optimally positioning our products at the point of sale and supporting our sales teams with practical marketing measures. Strategic sales promotion. Building on your analysis, you develop a sales marketing strategy that effectively positions our brands on the market. Your focus is on linking marketing and sales activities to increase sales and brand awareness. Sales Marketing Roadmap. You translate your conceptual thoughts into a roadmap that serves as a connecting element between sales, marketing and corporate strategy. From the first customer contact to the conclusion of the purchase, you create a uniform and strong brand experience and support sales initiatives at eye level. Success measurement. You use data-driven analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures and derive optimization potentials. You control the success of your actions using relevant KPIs. Teamwork and international cooperation: You work closely with our sales and product management and support international colleagues in implementing strategy-compliant measures to strengthen brand identity and positioning worldwide.

First of all, your personality: With your sense of markets, customers and brands, paired with analytical understanding, you bring strategic focus and creative energy to the marketing team. You have a degree in economics with a focus on marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification. You have 3-5 years of experience in the professional leadership of a team. You empower your team, promote potentials and actively shape the change in your area. You have several years of professional experience in a strategic marketing role and know how to run a brand consistently across different channels and successfully develop it. You will preferably have knowledge of B2B marketing in the field of the construction industry, DIY trade or professional crafts. Market mechanisms of the retail industry (listings, POS marketing, promotions) are familiar to you. You convince by your hand-on mentality and your team spirit. Operational tasks – especially in the context of trade fairs and POS measures – will be glad to take over and contribute significantly to the success of our strategy with your commitment. You have joy and openness for missions (readiness to travel about 20%). Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
