People and Culture Assistant - Payroll & Operations (m/f/d)

Payroll & Personal Administration You carefully prepare billing-relevant data such as master data, working hours and changes and support in billing. You make sure that all information is available correctly, completely and on time. Contracts and documents You create and manage work contracts, additional agreements, certificates and work certificates and ensure that all personal documents are kept clean and up-to-date. HR systems & data management You'll be prudent to our HR systems and databases (HRworks, DATEV, drive) as well as the digital personal files and ensure a structured and reliable database. HR processes You support onboarding, sideboarding and offboarding processes and are a first point of contact for employees in administrative questions. Organisation & Coordination You enter and organize the staff mailbox, support in training management and participate in the creation of reports and evaluations. Projects & Recruiting If necessary, you can support recruiting and internal People & Culture projects and get flexible and reliable there.
