Knowledge Management Consultant for the Development of Technical Service - Bochum

You are responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of our knowledge base. As an interface between project managers, disciplines and management, you are a key player in the team for cross-disciplinary knowledge requests and ensure targeted communication. You identify and document systematically relevant knowledge and best practices and select suitable methods for sustainable integration into our organizational structures. You support the areas of expertise in the planning, preparation and implementation of training and workshops on knowledge management.

You have completed university studies or training, ideally focusing on economics, knowledge management, information sciences or comparable qualifications. You have optimally already gained first experience in knowledge management, process management or in comparable areas. You convince by a reliable and structured way of working, a pronounced quality awareness and process-oriented thinking. You are characterized by their communication strength, their sovereign and at the same time value-adding appearance and are committed and open to the team. The routined handling of MS Office applications and digital tools completes your profile.
