Foreman Mechanics (m/f/d)

In this position you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the employees in your team. You ensure complete plant operation by professional maintenance. In addition, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance, maintenance and repair measures in compliance with the applicable regulations and regulations. You detect damage and provide troubleshooting. You coordinate the functional testing and commissioning of equipment, machines and plants. In your own field of activity, ensure safety and order. You want to change things and actively participate in continuous improvement programmes (KVP). In addition, exchange regularly with your master and represent them in absences.

You have successfully completed your professional and technical training. You bring several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance and leadership of small teams. You have know-how in legal and business principles (work law, environmental protection and occupational safety). You also have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
