How to make your contribution with us: BUSINESS PLANNING Creation of High Level Business Plans as well as the detailed annual budget together with the CXOs to secure sustainable and profitable growth Activity as a savings partner of CXOs by formulating, evaluating and implementing strategic decisions based on financial indicators Monitoring the annual budget process, collection of input and comparing the actual performance of the company with estimates BUSINESS ANALYSIS Responsibility for annual forecasts and ongoing monitoring of financial performance in order to achieve financial objectives and minimize risks Analysis of market data and sales figures to identify business opportunities of products and markets Risk management: identification and management of financial risks, including currency risks (USD and another currency) and market fluctuations. Ensuring the necessary insurance coverage and ensuring the management of appropriate financial documents Financial governance, through proactive creation and improvement of internal processes and management controls that increase corporate value FINANCING & M&A Assessment of M&A opportunities, management and tax of due diligences and corresponding negotiations Head of the funding procurement process together with the CEO focusing on banking financing Short-term and secure investment of the company’s liquid resources Completion of annual foreign exchange hedges in the 8-digit range ACCOUNTING Ensuring accurate and timely reporting on the financial situation of the company, including balance sheets, annual accounts, monthly G + V invoices and cash flow invoices from the group of companies to the CEO, investors and supervisory authorities Ensure that companies meet the legal and regulatory requirements in their financial operations LEADERSHIP Control and management of the financial team and promotion of the further development of employees Monitoring, development and supervision of skills in the areas covered by the above Information technology – Ensuring that the company has a suitable IT setup (including ERP system) in which the various business functions are integrated into an overall system and this is continuously optimized

A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or Finance At least 5-year experience in senior financial position as CFO Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and action paired with a hands-on mentality Expertise in compliance with accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and legal and regulatory requirements At least 5 years of experience in the leadership and development of a team of more than 20 people strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess opportunities & risks Ability to empirically guide the organization overall with the CFO angle – experience in leadership and corresponding stability Understanding the specific requirements and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry
