The company supplies sophisticated B2B customers from different market segments and combines craft competence with industrial manufacturing. With its long-standing tradition, the Bavarian company has an established market position and well-known reference projects in premium interior design and customised design solutions.

In your key position, you will lead a medium-sized production company with high individual production and strong project business. You report directly to the advisory board and the shareholders and are responsible for the sustainable development of the company. Together with your second leadership level, you take responsibility for strategy, operations, sales, finance and organization and develop the company consistently towards profitability, growth and sustainable value-added and scalability. Your central tasks include the professionalization of controlling and control structures, the improvement of operational efficiency and the consistent prioritization of profitable market and customer segments. Together with the executives, you are driving forward the further development of the existing handicraft B2B business as well as new product and innovation approaches. In addition, you are responsible for the further development of the value-added structure, make-or-buy decisions and decisions on possible outsourcing and extended workbench models.

You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification with long-term leadership and earnings responsibility in producing, medium-sized structures. You bring multi-year leadership experience as management or management of a business unit with P&L overall responsibility in a medium-sized, design-focused production company. Ideally, you are able to pragmatically create missing transparency and control instruments – whether in the field of margin calculation, sales control or operating KPI systems.
