You are intended for the planning, for participation in the tendering and awarding and for the construction supervision of engineering buildings and civil engineering measures. HOAI. This includes, inter alia, the following tasks: You take over the project management for construction measures in engineering, with a focus on wastewater disposal You independently develop the planning, design, approval and execution planning You analyse safety risks on the construction sites and accompany safety and health coordination The creation of performance directories and participation in the award of services are also part of your tasks You take over the building management and budget monitoring, accompany ensembles, carry out decreases and accompany commissioning In addition, you support the pre-planning of measures and the planning of measures in the course of economic planning

You can prove a completed study in the field of civil engineering or alternatively a comparable engineering studies You have already been able to gain professional experience in the planning and processing of engineering construction measures or are willing to build this knowledge in a development period You ideally possess the building template permission according to NBauO You ideally have secure knowledge of the relevant applicable technical regulations, standards and regulations (e.g. NBauO, DVGW, DWA ArbStättV, GEG etc.) and ideally bring knowledge in procurement law and project management with You optimally possess application knowledge in project management software (e.g. MS Project) and tender software You are characterized by your analytical thinking, organisational skills and commitment Communication strength and team spirit complete your profile Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B
