Processing, testing and accounting of invoices Ensuring the correctness and completeness of the invoices Maintenance and updating of supplier master files Coordination of creditor accounts and clarification of open items Support in preparing payments and transfers Participation in monthly and annual accounts Accounting Travel costs IC calculations Support in plant accounting Communication with suppliers and internal departments Leading general correspondence in German and English

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting or finance Experience in creditor accounting is advantageous Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Careful, reliable and structured operation Teamability and good communication skills Good German and English skills in word and writing Microsoft Navision knowledge advantage
