Reference number: 26-022 From the idea to series: you make successful products from technology With us you take responsibility for development projects, products and teams. You bring people together to make clear decisions and successfully lead projects with technical understanding, pragmatism and enthusiasm. You also work with prototypes and devices and make successful products from good ideas.

You conduct development projects for electronic measuring and testing equipment in the field of non-destructive material testing – from idea to successful series You conduct and motivate interdisciplinary project teams from hardware, software, embedded software, mechanical development and testing For technical objectives, quality, dates and costs, you are responsible and regularly report to the relevant decision-making bodies You coordinate product management, sales, manufacturing, service and other departments and ensure an open flow of information Challenges you recognize early, bring the right people together and develop pragmatic solutions together with the team You moderate technical and organizational decisions and keep the projects on track By working with prototypes and devices, you deepen your understanding of our products, recognize potential for improvement and meet sound decisions

Personality, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility are just as important to us as your professional qualification Enthusiasm for product development and the need to move something A successfully completed study of electrical engineering, communications technology, physics or a comparable technical degree course – also with doctorate Experience in the management of technical development projects and projects already successfully targeted Joy in leading interdisciplinary teams, motivating people and bringing together different interests Responsibility, decision-making strength and a pragmatic approach to challenges Knowledge of electronics, embedded and software development The ability to work quickly into complex technical systems, to penetrate relationships and to solve technical issues in a structured manner Ideally basic knowledge of measuring and testing methods in non-destructive material testing Secure communication in German and English on at least C1 level
