Process/Data Analysis Specialist for Grid Connection and Equipment Processes (m/f/d)

You analyze the specialist areas in the area of device change and network connection from End2End-Sicht and focus primarily on interdepartmental, processual interfaces and their dependencies You define and regularly identify KPIs for controlling and evaluating the relevant processes in the field of expertise. To do this, you work deeply into the existing data structures and define relevant queries and dashboards You identify errors and process optimizations and tune them across society in interdisciplinary working groups/process teams. In addition, you are responsible for implementing Westnetz GmbH You advance further developments (including automations, workarounds) across the company in the further development project, as well as coordinate internal mass corrections to data in the West network and ensure targeted implementation You prepare new legal topics in the context of device change and network connection processes conceptually, perform central roles in corresponding (also group-wide) projects and train both internal and external employees in this environment You process escalative complaints (Managing & Administrative Complaints) and ensure the fastest possible solution finding with the customer's focus

You have successfully completed your studies (min. bachelor preferentially Master) of the discipline (economic) informatics, energy management, business management or similar and convince with very good German skills (C2 level) in word and writing as well as English skills (B2 level) in word and writing You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the German energy industry and a well-founded knowledge of energy-economic processes of a network operator focusing on device and network connection processes with You already have experience in mass analysis of process data - optimally, you already have knowledge of the master data and table structures in the SAP S/4 Utilities You analyze complex relationships and see challenges as a chance You don't let yourself get away from the course in case of difficulties and always keeps the vision/the goal in mind You question existing procedures and processes to make them more efficient You pay attention to yourself and others and speak openly inappropriate behaviors
