Care quality: Together with the nursing service management, you ensure the highest quality of care, taking into account technical, legal and quality-relevant standards. In addition, you are actively involved in the direct care and make an important contribution to the care and care of our clients. Care with heart: You take responsibility for the loving and individual care of the residents of our three specialized dementia groups and design the personnel deployment planning and processes flexibly and in a need-oriented manner. Contact person with empathy: As a central contact person, you are the “face” of our housing communities for relatives, residents and interested persons and thus create an open, trusting environment. Qualification: You have a completed training as a examinated nursing professional and ideally a further education for the responsible nursing staff, nursing staff or residential management. Professional experience: At least two years of professional experience in nursing are of course for us.
