They develop manufacturing processes for optical EUV layers or develop existing processes in an interdisciplinary expert team

They drive forward your ideas together with internal and external partners and determine the shift development in technologically demanding projects with

They conduct small interdisciplinary development teams professionally and present the results of the project management and the customer

They plan experiments and simulations to budget and model up-to-date and future processes and technologies and perform these

You create software tools for analyzing and evaluating complex coating data

They transfer EUV coating processes into production

You have a completed natural or engineering studies (e.g. physics, material science, nanotechnology, physical chemistry), ideally with doctorate

They have relevant knowledge of (UHV) plant technology, ideally in coating technologies (e.g. magnetron sputtering)

You have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: programming (preferably in Matlab), simulation and evaluation of experimental results using numerical methods, statistical evaluation methods (e.g. 6-Sigma), experience in the lateral guidance of teams and external partners

They are characterized by a high degree of self-confidence and conflict resolution competence as well as solution-oriented thinking

You have a strong team spirit, creativity and joy in your own and independent work

Communication strength and knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
