Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Implementation of customer requirements by developing solutions for internal and external customers
• Considering the basic BSI standards for design, planning and implementation
• Creation of concepts for the introduction of new techniques taking into account the network structure
• Technical planning for cables and cable routing systems
• Development of strategies to increase network availability
• Own-responsible construction of complex optical transmission networks at local customers
• Corporate commissioning, monitoring of construction and acceptance of services
• Takeover of project management including billing of services

Your qualifications:

• Complete studies in electrical engineering, communications technology or comparable
• Multiannual experience in network planning and monitoring of optical transmission networks
• Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management
• Knowledge of economic considerations
• Experience in project management and construction monitoring
• Routinized handling of the basic protection standards of the BSI
