Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 85.000,00 and € 88,600,00.

Your tasks: Economic direction: Ensuring an economic and appropriate management of the care area. Human resources development: promotion and further development of executives and employees according to the management understanding of Hahne Holding. Quality of care: ensuring high-quality care and care in accordance with our quality standards and established processes. Team and operating climate: building and maintaining a positive working environment with reliable cooperation and clear structures. External representation: Representation of the facility with focus on care quality and professional appearance. KPI control: controlling relevant economic indicators and deriving of necessary measures in close coordination with quality management and setup management.

Your profile: Qualification: Complete training for nursing staff or health and nursing staff. Continuing education & studies: Complete studies in nursing or health management as well as further education on the specialist for management tasks are imperative prerequisites. Management experience: multi-year management experience in the stationary care area, ideally in larger facilities. Working method: decision-making, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking. Personality: empathy, sovereign appearance and balance in challenging situations. Leadership style: Strength-oriented leadership that creates clear structures, provides orientation and ensures quality reliably.
