As project manager, you take over the overall economic and organizational responsibility for various projects in the Großraum Stuttgart. You work closely with our customers, guide employees professionally, optimise operations and ensure that all orders are executed efficiently, qualitatively high quality and on time.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Economic execution of orders - from planning, control, order financing to billing
• Technical guidance and operational planning of your employees incl. Implementation of personnel talks
• Customer advice and support as well as customer relationships and performance portfolio
• Ensuring the time, cost and quality execution of all orders and compliance with legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety, corporate obligations)
• Optimization of work processes as well as selection and control of subcontractors
• Responsibility for project and order documentation (e.g. material lists, maintenance reports, performance certificates)
• Support for materials and tools as well as participation in budget planning and sales tasks

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete degree in facility management, technical building equipment, utility technology, building technology, engineering or comparable
• Alternatively, a further education on the technician/master
• Professional experience in a comparable position in the Technical Facility Management
• Communication and organizational skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent working method
• Working pleasure in the team as well as customer and service orientation
