General management of the site including incoming goods, automated grading, technical & optical quality testing, warehouse logistics and shipping Ensuring efficient, stable and scalable processes in daily business Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the entire HUB team Responsibility for location-related KPIs (flow times, productivity, grading quality, error rates, SLAs) Monitoring and basic maintenance of the grading and testing machines used Quality monitoring of device testing and ensuring consistent evaluation processes Planning and control of the flow of goods and cooperation with logistics, technology and supply chain teams Introduction and use of digital tools for process control, automation and transparency Compliance with quality, safety, compliance and sustainability standards

Professional experience in logistics, as well as ideally in the environment e-commerce, recommerce or technical testing processes Basic technical understanding in handling hardware tests, IT systems and simple machine maintenance multi-year leadership experience in the operational environment Safe handling of Office applications, KPIs, reporting and analysis of process data Structured and solution-oriented working with a strong sense of responsibility Intrinsic motivation and hands-on mentality, communication strength and joy in operational development and employee management/development very good German (min. C1) and English skills
