Our team needs backup! As a team leader:in (m/w/d) of the department 41.3.2 you control and coordinate the nationwide logistical processes in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) of the police of Lower Saxony. In detail, you can expect the following activities: Heading and coordination of ICT logistics: You have the service and technical supervision of the department 41.3.2, control personnel deployment planning, coordinate tasks and organisational processes, as well as budget, contracts and invoices. Administrative activities: You plan team meetings, coordinate tasks and monitor appointments for exams, training and teaching. Resource planning: You are responsible for the planning and administration of human, financial and material resources. Reporting: You contribute to the preparation of reports and support the structured preparation of relevant information. Safety of work: You control compliance with safety regulations. Control and coordination of COSware: You are contact persons for COSware, coordinate rights and use, secure data quality and represent the authority nationwide. Management of master data: You are responsible for the nationwide master data management in COSware (ICT) and carry out evaluations to support the Authority
