You are responsible for the planning, management and development of employees in your specialist business and create a pleasant working atmosphere You take care of the order and return processing You sell our baked goods in the specialist store, with a competent advice and service of our customers: You regularly prepare various snack products and coffee specialities You bake our fresh baked goods several times a day using our shop ovens You handle cashier operations and cash bills independently with our modern cash register systems and are responsible for compliance with our hygiene and business standards

You are ideally trained as a specialist seller (m/w/d) in the food trade, in the restaurant or hotel or in the retail trade, or have already experienced sales, e.g. as a store manager (m/w/d). or comparable We are happy to give you a chance as an experienced cross-entry (m/w/d) You bring enthusiasm for the service and gastronomy area as well as fun dealing with customers: You have German knowledge at least C1 level You are reliable, committed and resilient You're in touch and you like working in the team
