As the right hand of the service master, you take on various tasks in the preparation of repair measures for complex fire detection and extinguishing systems. Whether by phone or email – you answer customer requests professionally and create customized offers. Once the order enters, order required materials, order subcontractors and coordinate delivery dates. In close cooperation with the MRP, you plan working hours and prepare the billing. In a nutshell, you contribute significantly to our customers being satisfied and our fire detection and extinguishing systems work perfectly.

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as plant, industrial, manufacturing or construction mechanics First knowledge in the area of building installation would be great Experience in order processing or lust to develop in this area First user knowledge in an ERP system (e.g. SAP) as well as secure MS Office knowledge What's the matter with us?
