You process incoming customer orders, clarify open questions with internal and external bodies and apply support and service contracts You check offers and orders for accuracy and tune deviations directly With our suppliers, you take orders, disposition and time tracking, handle shipping and customs processing and check receipts related to customer orders – including supplier evaluation You are responsible for operating export control and carry out export control In the monthly controlling, you keep an overview of the inventory orders and start reports for the relevant interfaces You also work actively in projects, such as process optimization, ISO certifications or product launches

A successfully completed commercial training and first professional experience in order processing Knowledge of customs and export law Advanced knowledge in ERP systems (preferably Mircosoft Dynamics, spreadsheet programs and m365) Experience in accounting, supply and inventory monitoring Customer orientation, fast understanding and the willingness to work you flexibly into new processes and systems A binding and at the same time safe occurrence and pronounced communication strength A careful and conscientious procedure Very good German (C1) and English skills, both oral and written Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
