IT Site Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of the hardware and software used, maintenance and documentation of the IT systems used on Prem and in M365. You can also set up network components and exchange them as needed. You ensure smooth operations – You ensure smooth user and location support in the Dortmund area and take over the 1st and 2nd level support in the client and server environment. You are an active member of the team - take over additional topics and bring the willingness to participate in project work.

Your education – you have a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist system integration (m/w/d) or a comparable training. Your experience – You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in a comparable position as a system supervisor. You also have deep experience in IT service management. Your personality – you are very strongly service-oriented and can easily abstract and represent complex facts on the essentials. Organizational and communication strengths are just as self-sufficiency, and a convincing appearance at our internal customers. Own initiative and solution orientation complete your profile. Your know-how – Excellent knowledge in client operating systems and office applications as well as with Windows server systems, good knowledge in software deployment with MS Intune, ITIL Foundation knowledge.
