Your activities:

• Business correspondence
• Processing of mail inputs / mail outputs
• scheduling / reimagining
• Maintenance / updating of databases
• Order acceptance support
• Managing, sorting and archiving electronic and printed documents
• General daily administrative tasks

Your profile:

• A commercial training or professional experience in commercial area
• Secure handling of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, outlook)
• Your knowledge of German in the implementation of your tasks Word and Scripture at a good level.
• Organized and structured working
