Senior Project Engineer - Process Engineering (m/f/d)

Depending on the project and experience, You take responsibility for process engineering in demanding pharmaceutical and biotech projects. These include in particular: technical management of subprojects and procurement projects for process engineering systems; leading young engineers within specialist and general planning projects; coordinate mechanical engineers, plant builders, specialist planners, suppliers and operators; ensuring appointments, costs and quality/technique within the project team for process engineering; creating specifications and technical specifications (GMP-compliant); performing supplier requests and supplier reviews; implementing technical evaluations; carrying out the follow-up management (events, requests for decisions, amendments/requests, claims management); preparing and performing FATs and SATs; Preparing, performing and coordinating inserts, assembly tests, commissioning incl. deviation management; creating and contributing to GMP risk analyses; Participation in qualification tasks (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ); The special: You combine technical expertise with organizational talent and ensure that production systems that function from planned plants, are quality-proof and GMP-compliant.

Ideally you bring: a completed master's degree in pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, biotechnology or a comparable technical or scientific field; Multiannual professional experience in process engineering, plant engineering or the planning of pharmaceutical production plants; experience in the technical management of subprojects or procurement projects; knowledge in the preparation and evaluation of technical specifications and specifications; experience in coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external project partners; understanding of GMP requirements in pharmaceutical production projects; Ideal experience with FAT, SAT, assembly, commissioning and qualification; Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation; communication strength and a safe and binding occurrence; joy in taking responsibility and supporting younger colleagues professionally; very good knowledge of German and English, willingness to project-related travel as well as a driving licence of class B.
