You operate and align the CNC lathes. You ensure the production-oriented programming. You clamp and align the workpieces according to the drawing requirement. You define the tools, clamping and measuring means. You control the machine geometry to avoid reject. You wait and maintain the machines. You actively contribute to the process optimization, in particular the time reduction.

You have a completed training as a machining mechanic (direction of turning technology) or a comparable training. You were able to gain first practical experience in turning technology. Ideally, you have knowledge of the MANUALplus 4110 controllers, CNC PILOT 4290 from Heidenhain and/or MANUALplus 3110. You are ready to work into new tasks. You show willingness to work in the 2-shift system. You have a high level of willingness to learn and are characterised by commitment. You are reliable and are happy to work in the team.
