Process Automation Specialist - Focus on AI Agent Technologies (m/f/d)

Your mission: You design and develop modern automation solutions for our business processes within ADAC insurance! You don't just want to digitize processes, you want to rethink them? Then you are right in our team – Automation & AI. Together we develop intelligent automation solutions for tomorrow's insurance – from classic low-code workflows to AI-based agents. You accompany solutions over their entire life cycle: from idea to technical implementation to stable operation. You are an experienced AI process specialist who uses modern technologies, remains curious and wants to actively contribute to the AI future? Then we're looking for you! You analyze complex end-to-end processes and develop scalable automation solutions with modern AI agent or other low-code technologies with the goal of dark processing. Furthermore, you design and implement AI-based automation solutions and agents, integrate modern AI services into existing business processes and develop innovative applications with measurable added value for our insurance business. You take over the project management for our implementation projects and ensure implementation up to the successful introduction and subsequent change operation. In this process, you develop and orchestrate automated processes with the integration of workflows, control units, AI services and existing enterprise systems/ API integration. In addition, you will ensure that automation solutions are developed in a stable, performant and governance-compliant manner and are continuously improved – you will implement professional adjustments independently. You recognize automation potentials, evaluate their benefits and accompany specialist areas in the digitization of their business processes. You work closely with business, IT, governance and architecture and actively contribute your ideas to the expansion of our company-wide automation and AI platform. In addition, you are testing new technologies and continuously verifying how AI, agent systems and modern automation approaches can create real added value for our insurance. You independently build assistance functions for our tasks and develop self-learning processes with the aim of a future-oriented automation roadmap. With us you work together on the future of ADAC insurance, at the interface between classic process automation and generic AI. Your role has real impact on efficiency, quality and customer experience. You bring several years of experience in the management of strategic projects as well as in the analysis, implementation or further development of automated business processes – ideally in the insurance environment in the roles project management in conjunction with process management or product owner or a comparable function In addition, you have well-founded practical AI implementation know-how as well as very good knowledge and experience in the use of modern AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, AI services or agent systems, API-based integrations and architectures) for intelligent automation of business processes. In addition, you will bring a strong interest in the use of modern technologies, including necessary governance requirements (DORA, EU‐AI Act, etc.). In addition, you are sure to deal with workflow and low-code platforms (e.g. AI agent platforms, Camunda, RPA or comparable solutions) and have detectable practical experience in modeling business processes (BPMN, DMN or comparable standards). You have a strong technical understanding of the process and the ability to quickly capture technical requirements and to independently transfer them to robust automation solutions. You also enjoy the continuous development of processes. In addition, you enjoy taking responsibility for the entire life cycle of automation – from the first idea to the stable operation.
