Acquisition and sales: You enter the customers: inside your sales region and expand your customer base. From the point of view of the application documents to leading first telephone interviews, you are responsible for everything relating to application management and recruitment Customer Management: Together with the departments, you identify the requirements of open positions and assist companies Interface: As a central contact between customers, you are responsible for the entire switching process and pave the way to their dream job Networking: You are a networker:in, build up a customer base thanks to your communication skills and plead it through sustainable relationship management Active Sourcing: You are treasurer:in and identify the best talents for us through social media portals such as Xing and LinkedIn
