To get to know the company and the various services, you will be deployed in changing stations in national and European branches and holdings Through the systematic training-on-the-job, you develop a view of the important details as well as essential, superordinate relationships that are relevant to your future job and make a difference in our industry You will be involved in the various business and tasks of our Spartengesellschaft from the outset and take first responsibility in current projects Tasks from the day-to-day business are actively and autonomous and gain valuable experience in the core business of REMONDIS Your mentors will help you throughout your time and support you in your personal development

We look for personalities: You have a degree in economics/BWL, industrial engineering or technology, but also willingness to use, willingness to learn and reliability are crucial prerequisites for us Ideally, you have already been able to gain first practical/vocational experience through completed training or relevant internships You have technical all-rounder qualities so that you can develop targeted solutions with all responsible companies in the relevant business areas The more diverse the contacts, the better: your excellent communication skills and your strong negotiation skills in dealing with different target groups are particularly distinguished Your strengths include good to very good foreign language skills, ideally French and English You succeed in the balance between analytically structured thinking and working methods and pragmatically operational, target-oriented “hands-on mentality” – depending on the situation and requirement, willingness to take responsibility, flexibility, target and implementation orientation characterize your personality You are owned by the Class B licence and are ready to transfer your food point in the long term within Germany or abroad
