Discipline and/or professional leadership of the Electrical-Maintenance team Daily coordination and assignment of tasks in the team in close coordination with the Maintenance Planning Engineer and the production departments – including preventive maintenance, standstill repairs and planned repairs Organisation of external support and procurement of required spare parts for urgent repairs Ensuring complete technical coverage of all production areas for standstill repairs Identification of training needs as well as planning, organisation and implementation of the corresponding trainings Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards

Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology Continuing training for the industrial master electrical engineering or state-tested technicians (electrotechnics) Multiannual practical experience in electrical maintenance of industrial production plants Experience in fault management, preventive maintenance and repair processes Secure handling of SPS systems, in particular Siemens Simatic S7 Experience in technical or disciplinary leadership of technical teams Ability to coordinate tasks, prioritisation and decision-making
