Warranty Manager eMobility (m/f/d)

The focus of this position is on the professionally sound processing of complex warranty and service cases in the field of modern eMobility drive systems. In order to further strengthen the international customer and service business, we are looking for a technically experienced personality with a pronounced analysis and communication strength as a warranty manager (m/w/d).

Warranty Testing & Technical Analysis: Own Responsibility Testing and Decision of Warranty Claims for eMobility Traction Products Based on Analysis of Technical Information Internal and External Stakeholders Contact function & contract management: Central contact for international customers in guarantee decisions on electric motors, inverters and eAxles as well as support and management of the associated guarantee contracts Interface Management: Close cooperation with quality, order management, repair workshop and operations for the holistic processing of warranty cases Process optimization: development, introduction and continuous development of efficient processes in the field of guarantee testing Reporting: As a Warranty Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for creating clearly structured technical reports and resilient decision bases for customers

Qualification & Industry Experience: Complete study (Bachelor or Master) in the field of economic engineering, electromechanics or comparable qualification or relevant professional experience in field service engineering as well as multiannual experience in the automotive environment, ideally with customer contact Technical expertise: solid technical background in electric motors, inverters and automotive system architectures Complaint Management: Practical experience in managing customer scaling as well as in the structured processing of complaints and warranty cases Stakeholder Management & Communication Strength: Impressed ability to build and maintain professional relationships as well as reliable knowledge of German and English with the ability to convey technical content to the addressee Working method: High level of independentness, reliability and consistent schedule
