Project Lead - HR Tech (m/w/d)

In addition, as a Project Lead - HR Tech, you take the technology-side responsibility for the successful introduction of the HCM Cloud Suite SAP SuccessFactors (and other HR Cloud Services) as part of a large HR transformation in the Otto Group. You work with changing cross-functional teams consisting of HR + IT + ext. Service providers. The programme was planned in three phases: Phase I - Global Template Design and Implementation OTTO Phase II - Implementation Bonprix and Hermes Fulfilment Phase III - Rollout of further Otto Group Companies based on DeFacto standards developed in Phase I and II The project is currently in the Global Template Design. According to current planning, OTTO is the first company to live in Q3 2026.

Technology-side responsibility of the program management for phases I - III and thus ensuring the project objectives including in Time - Budget - Quality. Control of all activities for the successful introduction at OTTO and then the successful planning and implementation of the other rollouts or companies close control of the external SaaS provider and the external implementation service provider Participation in the development of detailed rollout planning and QS of work results taking into account available internal resources (HR and IT) Participation in planning, preparation and implementation of the future governance structure continuous and comprehensive stakeholder management, in particular with the different HR areas of the participating OG companies Ensuring a silent transition to an efficient IT operation
