Your role As a Senior Consultant (w/m/d) in the SAP Selective Data Transition Team, you play a leading role in designing and implementing complex SDT solutions for our customers who switch to SAP S/4HANA. Use your well-founded expertise in the fields of SAP data migration, system landscape transformation and specific SDT methods to advise customers on strategic decisions, manage project strands and ensure a successful and efficient migration of their business-critical data. Steering the analysis of customer requirements and existing SAP system landscapes Conception and architecture of robust SDT strategies and solutions, including the definition of selection criteria, transformation rules and validation approaches Monitoring and control of end-to-end implementation of SDT projects to ensure quality, timely delivery and compliance with budget Special advice on SDT and data migration tools as well as methods, including carve-outs, merges and SDT migrations for S/4HANA Guidance of customer workshops and risk management related to data migration projects Mentoring of colleagues on pre-sales activities, including offerings and solutions Your profile Complete Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or Similar Training Multiannual consulting experience in the design and implementation of Selective Data Transition projects for migration to SAP S/4HANA or system consolidation Deep knowledge of one of the SDT tools as well as other data migration tools such as SAP LT, LTMC, BODS etc. Understanding the SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM) and their underlying data structures Very good communication, analysis, problem-solving and project management skills Flowing German and English skills as well as project-related travel readiness What you will appreciate We attach great importance to the reconciliation of work and private life.
