Construction manager for office and residential buildings (m/f/d)

As a construction manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the smooth implementation of our turnkey and energy-efficient construction projects. You are the central contact person for all works and ensure that everything is perfectly interlocked at the end. Your activities include: Tendering and awarding of contractors Construction management of all plants in our team office and living in regional use Coordination and supervision of the design Control of quantity, quality, dates and costs Implementation and documentation of construction meetings Accounting of construction services Preparation and implementation of the acceptance of post-contracting services Preparation and support of customer acceptance Support during the warranty period
