Analysis and translation of user requirements as well as preparation of program and decision documents by country and federal regulations. Secure costs, appointment and quality management including budget monitoring Coordination and management of internal and external project participants and interdisciplinary planning teams. Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline. At least 3 years of experience in controlling complex construction projects, ideally in public construction.
