Complete management of demanding construction projects in the field of research and teaching – including perception of the building role. Analysis and translation of user requirements as well as preparation of program and decision documents by country and federal regulations. Secure costs, appointment and quality management including budget monitoring Coordination and management of internal and external project participants and interdisciplinary planning teams. Creation of decision-making templates for bodies and project managers. Participation in all phases of performance from basic determination and planning to procurement, construction monitoring and warranty tracking. Technical advice on construction, licensing and economic issues. Active development of internal processes, standards and digital workflows.

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline. At least 3 years of experience in controlling complex construction projects, ideally in public construction. Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, BGB and other relevant rules; Experience with RBBau/RZBau of advantage. routine in cost, time and quality control as well as in procurement procedures (LV, offer check, price level). Communication and negotiation strength and secure cooperation with users, planners, authorities and external partners. organisation and problem solving capability; sovereign handling of different interests and conflict-affected situations. Experience in dealing with interdisciplinary teams and controlling internal/external resources. Very good German knowledge, safe handling of project management and AVA systems; BIM experience welcome. Additional expertise in engineering, planning/design, project management, high flexibility and cooperation willingness.
