You control and edit the roll-in of professional to-dos and tasks for project projects and ongoing adaptations in the environment of SAP HCM with a focus on PT. You actively work in projects (possibly also in the project management), including design, solution design, testing, implementation in the system and control of external developers. Our employees are competent to provide and advise you in the 2nd level support, in a solution-oriented and customer-oriented manner on technical and business-related issues relating to the time economy. The further development of our HR portal continues to drive you forward independently both in the project and in the line up to the implementation and manage all participants in time and budget. You prepare competently evaluations on personal economic issues in the context of the time economy, prepare them according to target groups and present them before decision makers. In negotiations with the employee representation, you act as an eloquent expert negotiating partner for the technical implementation of business agreements on time-related topics. You are in intensive professional exchange with the other specialist experts of the department as well as the experts of IT.

You have a good degree with an economic or technical focus. You can use at least 4 years of experience in personal business processes with a focus on SAP HCM - PT. Schemes and rules can be read at least or are motivated to work quickly. Ideally, you bring good knowledge here. You have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially MS Excel, as well as good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially SF Employee Central. You have fun to cooperate with contact persons from different subjects and with different needs and are happy to advise them in technical and business aspects.
