Production plans/inputs (m/f/d)

Timely and demand-oriented provision of parts taking into account risks and cost-effectiveness Assessment, construction and adaptation of an economically acceptable safety stock in coordination with interfaces Correction of parts requirements based on recovery times, empirical values and security of supply Organisation and control of external services such as surface treatment and transport Participation in framework agreements including the definition of quantities and terms of call Review of customer orders, capacities, stocks and timely planning of the production process Creation and tracking of production orders (internal/external) and monitoring of timely commissioning Determination and communication of delivery dates for standard and project business in coordination with relevant departments (sales, project management, manufacturing) Miscellaneous traceability, development of alternatives to capacity bottlenecks or lack of material and decision on countermeasures Working with Make-or-Buy considerations, support in technical assessments and participation in StageGate processes

Completed technical/kfm. Training in the technical environment Successfully completed technicians or masters, 1-3 years of professional experience as a production planner or 3-5 years of professional experience in technology/kfm. Environment Understanding in the fields of mechanics, optics and electronics Good knowledge of production and operations in manufacturing companies Good knowledge of English Experience with ERP systems (Oxaion preferred), Excel, Gantt or other planning tools
