IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)

As an IT Demand Manager (m/w/d), you play a key role at the interface between business and IT. You ensure that the right initiatives are implemented at the right time, making a significant contribution to the digitalization and sustainability of our company. The role establishes a central control of requirements, prioritises investments by business use and ensures that IT resources are used where You create the greatest added value.

You take up, structure and evaluate requirements from the disciplines centrally

You advise the departments in formulating and qualifying their needs

You translate business requirements into feasible IT initiatives

You moderate between departments, IT and external service providers

You prepare prioritization and decision-making processes and carry them through

You ensure the architecture, governance and strategy compliance of new requirements

You control the transfer of demand topics into projects, changes or implementation measures

You communicate priorities, decisions and implementation levels transparent

You support the further development of demand management processes and IT governance structures

You avoid shadow IT through early integration and structured demand detection

You recognize synergies and consolidate the needs of the different disciplines

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification

You bring multi-year experience in demand management, project management, business relationship management or a comparable environment with

You have a strong understanding of business processes and IT landscapes

You are able to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way and bring together different interests

You are characterized by high moderation, communication and presentation skills

You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented

You ideally have experience with IT governance, project or portfolio management processes

You meet management, departments and external partners
